After 13 years of employment with the Oklahoma City Police Department, I decided to finish my degree, and become a certified teacher. This decision was due to the Police Department recruiting me to teach various computer classes to police officers. I have taught various beginning and advanced computer classes, Algebra II, and business math. I have also tutored students who have failed high school math classes. Each student I have tutored has brought their grade up to at least a "C" average (from a failing score). One student I tutored enrolled in a class at OU for high school credit (Algebra II). A Little Bit About Me...

I have been teaching for 25 years. Most of my teaching was in religious settings working with teens, but I have also tutored younger children with school studies in after school programs and I have taught Microsoft Office, Keyboarding and Business classes in an accredited adult learning center. I have trained teens to do on air radio announcing, creating magazine publications, web design and have taught guitar and bass.
