I have lived in Russia over the past two years and have learned Russian. I was able to learn from simply speaking with Russian natives as well as studying an hour a day. I was able to help friends that moved to Russia become proficient in Russian when they came knowing minimal to no Russian at all. I love the Russian Language and the Russian people I believe that this makes me an exceptional tutor.
I like to use a lot of oral speaking to learn as well as worksheets to help students to see as they learn as well.

I always try to find a different approach to learning. If the material is delivered in a boring way, it won't be memorized. I try to engage students to become really interested in the subject. I use metaphors and comparisons to explain the meaning of a certain word of phrase and a clue to remember both its spelling and meaning. Being a native Russian speaker, I attended Moscow State University (where I studied psychology and Russian) after graduating from the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, and have extensive tutoring experience spanning over 20 years. In addition to that, I was the CEO of a book store and learning center in Russia which had publishing connections worldwide and provided tutoring services to students of all ages and backgrounds.
