I know the value of a tutor in a young person’s life. As a child I struggled in math, but working with a tutor I overcame my difficulties in this area and eventually went on to complete calculus level two and even become the math club president in high school. I have earned two degrees, a Masters in Business and a BS in Finance which have allowed me to gain extensive skills in math, statistical analysis, finance and writing. I graduated from Henderson State University with a BA degree in sociology and since then I have worked in residential treatment facilities as a therapist, a teacher, and tutor or councelor.
