I have been working with a wide variety of students in the past two years from elementary to college level. I have seen and learned that each student is different and cannot work with just one style. I adapt to each student differently and we both learn how to approach problem that will make sense for the student. I also spent twelve weeks in West Africa teaching ESL and speaking French before my senior year at OBU. After graduation, I lived in Northern California (where I had also spent a summer during college), teaching ESL to adult Mexican immigrants, tutoring middle-school Korean students, and spending one summer in Southeast Asia while earning a Masters and TESL certificate.
