Desiring to continue to teach, I finished a Master's degree which gave me the endorsements to teach K-12 children with special needs. A Little Bit About Me...

With more than 3 years of experience in French and English tutoring, I have developed effective teaching strategies to make students fully benefit from my lessons. Those strategies consist of explaining complex grammar concepts using real-life contexts, arousing students' interest in the material at hand, and encouraging students to continually practice the language. I have been tutoring college freshmen and sophomores at the Northern Virginia Community College since 2011. Concurrently, I have also taught elementary and high school students. I currently work as a language lab assistant at NVCC. In that capacity, I review and edit students’ French and English oral assignments. P.S. I prefer one-on-one settings.
