Experience Summary
Teaching has always been my passion. From babysitting to leading summer camps, I have always enjoyed helping children learn.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with English as a Second Language (ESL) and Spanish endorsements. I also have a Master's degree in Reading.
I have been teaching elementary students for 8 years. I have taught Kindergarten through 5th grade students in the classroom. I love teaching young students and seeing them grow and succeed. My favorite part is when they have the "lightbulb" or "ah-ha" moment.
In addition to teaching, I have been tutoring Pre-K through 8th grade students since 2010 in a variety of subject areas including math, reading, writing, and Spanish.

As a teacher and tutor, I love helping children learn, grow, and succeed. As your child's tutor, I will help them learn by creating a personalized plan based off their needs. We will work together to support your child's learning.
