Experience Summary
For the past ten years I have been tutoring students mostly in the following subjects: Literature, Poetry, Folklore, Mythology, Theatre Arts, Shakespeare, and Public Speaking. I have been a professional teacher in schools for five years teaching Theatre and Folklore/Mythology in Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. I also teach Shakespeare classes, camps, and workshops to students ranging from 6 to adults of all ages and experience. I love tutoring because I love inspiring students with a love for the subjects at hand through the passion and excitement I feel for the subjects I teach.
Teaching Style
I bring a ton of energy and passion into my tutoring sessions. I seek bring an understanding of the subjects at hand. Understanding is the root of confidence in in any subject.
My Hobbies
Aside from teaching, I also adore reading, animals, and peforming as a professional actress, especially in the classics. As a member of various Shakespeare companies, I have performed in 29 of Shakespeare's plays, playing over 50 different characters.
