Experience Summary
In Fall 2016, I got my master's degree in mathematics from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Now I am studying my PhDs there. Having teaching assistantship, I have been teaching math since Spring 2015. I have a very good experience with teaching math, especially calculus. I am a patient tutor and have very good notes/feedbacks from my students with my teaching evaluations. This makes me more confident to be a good tutor.
I have taught College Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Business Calculus. I like to help students to understand the math easily. I give them chance to think about a problem before providing answer, so they can understand more. I always give them a problem to solve by their own to make sure they understand and also to find misunderstanding points.
I prefer to meet in public places, for example the library.
