Experience Summary
I have been in health setting for more than 35 years already as I am a Physician in Mexico, so clinical (as Family physician and hospital) experience and necessary to pass the NCLEX at first attempt in the US is strong. My experience as a nurse in the US since 2008 has left me strong knowledge about nursing processes, rules, regulations, quality on documentation and I have been a Home Health nurse, clinical on the field and as of manager of nursing. I speak perfect Spanish and English as well, so this could be helpful for some nurses while the learning process is on going. I also was a coordinator of Clinical Education in a hospital setting.
Teaching Style
Give a lot of motivation to students. I like to adjust to their own pace and rhythm of study of each individual. I strongly believe that study has to be pretty self oriented, but with goals well established. So my position would be more to orient this development on each student.
