I’m a researcher, a PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Research, Computer Science, have 71 scientific publications. Have a lot of applications. Developed and successfully implemented in Government projects new methods of statistical prediction, working even for chaotic or random data. Teach at Universities and Colleges 30 years, at High School 6 years. Make my students interested and willingly working, always finding possibilities for them to do their own research. Was Dept Head at Institute for Theoretical & Experimental Physics (ITEP), Moscow, Russia, and Chair at University of Phoenix, now CEO of Math Consulting, do predictive modeling and strategic planning.
