Experience Summary
I am currently taking the English as a Secondary Language course at Benedict College so, I can be certified in teaching English across the world. In the summer of 2013 I worked at Lanier Technical College/ University of North Georgia as a ESOL Assistant Instructor. I spent my summer translating English to Spanish natives who wanted to obtain their citizenship. That's when I made my decision to go to school for that field. I have been fluent in Spanish since I was a young child. I indulge in English because its a resource that I have that so many world would die for. So I'm choosing to make a difference and travel around to the less fortunate and bless them with knowledge. As a tutor I am very strict and serious because I want to see progression and succession. I do not settle for lethargic work and, I push you to be better. I do not accept "quitting" or "giving up" due to difficulty. I will always give you my best as a TUTOR but, I expect the MOST from you as a STUDENT!
Teaching Style
My teaching style is very open. I want to talk and refer to text often. When it comes to just learning English period I am very cultural and I take advantage of the auxiliary sense and make you put it to good use. It can be a tad rough trying to explain the context of English without the content. The content are the random people having everyday conversation. Of, course you need to know the logistics and grammar but, I am a firm believer that you can't possibly know where a comma goes if you don't know what your saying or how.
When it comes to textual work such as; Grammar, Language Arts, Spelling, Creative Writing, Theater, and Literature I first go to the text because its the base. We always need a base to drift back to. I am very fun, hands on, and open minded. Learning can be fun if you like to have fun!

My Hobbies
Reading, thrift store shopping, going out to eat, hiking, the lake, the beach, traveling, editing, any type of discover, movies, and etc.
