Graduated from Staunton School of Cosmetology, Staunton, Va. 1980. Have had my own cosmetology business from then to the present. Southside Community College, massage therapy, included anatomy and physiology, 2013. Studied business and teaching, at VCU, 1971-72, did not complete degree program.
Teaching Style
Relaxed, personal, but concentrate on learning, making progress at student's pace and level of achievement. I will try to make learning fun and interesting.
My Hobbies
Creative writing, horseback riding, reading, church activities.
Other Comments
I am a mother and grandmother. I do not have a lot of teaching experience, but have spent much time in a school-oriented environment, and have always done well in any course of study that I pursued. I get along well with all ages of children, and they like my attitude of fun and interesting ways to learn.
