Experience Summary
I currently tutor a 9 year old and a 13 year old, both for reading and writing. I've taken early childhood education courses before, and worked hands on in a preschool, in which I put together lesson plans and taught to the class.
I'm also the oldest of five, and grew up with a big family. My younger brother and sisters (ranging from 4-19 years old) are my absolute best friends, and one of the main reasons that I have such a love for children. I've worked as a lifeguard, so I am CPR knowledgeable (no longer "certified), and have even held various babysitting jobs in the past.
Aside from all of the personal experience that I have had with child care and tutoring in the past, I can honestly say I hold a true passion for reading and writing. I have hundreds of books that fill all of the book shelves in my home, and numerous journals that I constantly find myself writing in. I'm very skilled in each area, and have actually held multiple professional positions in freelance, with a wide range of clients that I provided such work for.
