40 years of Accounting and Income tax preparation experience. BS in Accounting and licensed CPA in Texas and Oklahoma. Oil and Gas Accounting as well as Financial and Corporate Accounting Experience with Conoco, Inc, Trans Texas Gas Corporation, Texas Onshore Resources Inc. I have been involved in General Ledger Accounting and Financial Statement Consolidations and F/S Reporting throughout all of my Career. I have had an Income tax Practice since 1982.

Teaching Style

Direct and detailed in explanations. I believe effective teaching involves detailed, logical answers to specific questions.I believe in and encourage students to take good notes. When I don't get feedback from my teaching efforts I will quiz students myself to guage my own effectiveness as a tutor
