Experience Summary
• I design curriculum, unit plans, and lesson plans for ESL, French and Integrated Co-teaching classes based on Common Core Standards and Danielson Rubric.
• I design valid and reliable assessment tools that help me, the school, the students, and their families to evaluate each student’s academic and personality development.
• I create extra-curricular and attendance plan that aim on accruing the students’ level of interest with the immediate objective of helping them be more involved in school’s activities and to reduce/eliminate absenteeism and drop-out.
• I develop parent- school communication plan to ensure that the parents are part of their children success.
• I am prepared to conduct Functional Behavioral Plans and to create Behavior Management Plans.
• I am prepared to implement Response to Intervention ( RTI) and to lead a School Intervention Committee in order to centralize, discuss, assess and evaluate teachers recommendations, school wide assessments, and parents advise.
• I have experience in proctoring and correcting Regents Exams, English language learners’ tests like (NYSESLAT). I have knowledge about the New York state Exams at all grades and Administration testing procedures
• I am prepared to edit a Language Allocation Report that is a requirement for Chancellor Regulations part 154
• I am writing IEP plans and I participate in Committee of Special Education
• I am assisting the parents of those students that are speaking, Spanish, French, Romanian, or Russian languages.
