Experience Summary
I just got my bachelor degree last summer. I love teaching. I did a lot of internship during my college years. I worked as a teaching assistant in Beijing New Oriental school from 2011 to 2012. In the last year of my college, I was a English teacher at a primary school in Beijing. I had experiences with different ages of students. I like teaching language and share my learning experiences with my students.
You may wondering why I switch to teach Chinese instead of teaching English. Actually I am also volunteering with two adult ESL classes now. I feel confident to teach Chinese because I am a native speaker. Besides, language teaching is almost same. My current major at university of Minnesota is second language and culture. The teachers in my classes are from different schools and teaching different languages. We are trying to find a common way to teach second language and the culture. I hope my knowledge could help you love the language and have a happy time with the learning process. I am a graduate student and major in second language and culture.
