Experience Summary
Nursing school taught me nursing math. Nursing math is converting quantities from one form of a unit to another unit, for example milliliters to liters. I had a fear of math but with enough practice we can all learn math. I have taken various college classes and now have 200 hours of college. From Psychology to History to Philosophy I have probably taken the class. I am a life long student. I have an Associates at T arrant County College with classes from TCU and UTA.
Teaching Style
I am patient and laid back. Not going to put kids/students on the spot. People cannot learn with out acceptance. I disapprove of a critical teacher. I have had my share. Learning is important to self esteem.
My Hobbies
Yard saling!!!! You never know what you will find, it's a treasure hunt just waiting to enjoy. Learning new things seems to be theme in my life. I am always taking a class of some sort. I am currently taking a massage therapy class and my family is enjoying me practicing on them for experience. I took nursing as well, I did not go into nursing, but I learned so much! It was a good experience.
