Experience Summary
I have both a Bachelors and Masters degree in History from the University of Oregon and University of New Mexico respectively. I have substitute taught for Albuquerque Public Schools and am currently a full-time teacher for APS. I specialize in the content areas of Math and Social Studies/History specifically, but am also experienced in standardized test preparation.
Teaching Style
I believe strongly in a differentiated curriculum that addresses the diversity of learning styles within the classroom. Through this form of pedagogy, I have been able to customize my instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
My Hobbies
I am avid basketball fan, enjoy playing as well as watching. I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, swimming and just taking it easy with friends.
