Expertise in control system integration, communication network design, PLC(Allen Bradley, GE etc.) logic & programming, SCADA/HMI screen/interface development, HMI software package, configuration and troubleshooting, SCADA/HMI query support to internal/external clients and technical support to field staff for SCADA/HMI installation , able to develop/modify technical specifications and have design review experience for a range of substation plant such as Power Transformer, CB, CT, VT etc.
Have ability to provide project compliance, apply best practice management on projects and services and maintain profitable relationships with clients and external contractors. Resolving problems creatively and efficiently, very effective in personal time management and have excellent skills in CAPE, CSS/E, Mathcad, AutoCAD/ Microstation, VMware software, as well as in protocols: Modbus, DNP3, SERIAL, IEC61850, SOAP, SNMP, TCP/IP, DDE etc.
