Experience Summary
I have been teaching all types of Mathematics for 30 years from Elementary up to college.
Presently, I am a full time high school math teacher teaching Algebra I and II and AP Calculus. This includes teaching students who are going to take ASVAB and SAT exams.
I have been chose teacher of the year several years. For a long period of time, I have a very close to 100 percent passing Standard of Learning math Test including Ap Calculus College Exam. Aside from being a teacher, I also serve as Department Chairperson of the Math Department.
Teaching Style
I do believe that teaching students depends on the types of students you teach. You have to consider their learning style. This includes different teaching strategies suited for your students. His is so important as far as what type of assessments that should be given in order to evaluate whether your students are ready for any final test to be given such as Standardized Test like SAT, SOL, College Board Exam.
