Online virtual works for me. In a group is always a great idea to get immediate feedback. I am an influencer so I like to keep things exciting, talkative, ideas, questions, commuication is key during these sessions to set your goals.

Individuals can have one on one sessions at a rate of $50 per hour which is limited but beneficial to be able to ask more questions however, mostly work in groups for a 8 hour training day for $400/4 persons and additional $200/up to additional 4 person for a max of 12 people or 800.00. Ex: 9-12 is $400. Train ages 21 up. Any child under 21 must be accompanied by their adult parent or guardian. Minimum age 12 years.
