Teaching Style
Whatever style my individual student needs: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, use of media/technology, learning games/activities, etc. I provide a quiet, organized, well-planned, structured, standards-based lesson plans. I use positive feedback and reinforcement of desired behaviors and performance. I am firm, but gentle when discipline is required. I have a sense of humor and use encouragement frequently.
