Experience Summary
I have experience working with college-aged students, but am willing to work with all ages. I have a great working knowledge of all entry level mathematics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, up through pre-calculus. I am also an avid user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, though Excel is my passion. I have earned top honors in each of these class levels through my Associates Degree in Accounting from Moraine Park Technical College and I am currently enrolled at Lakeland College earning my Bachelors Degree in forensic accounting. Though, not an expert, I am also willing to aid students with economics or other lower-level business courses if the need arises.
Teaching Style
I tend to be a hands-on teacher. I enjoy watching the light bulb "light up" when a new skill is understood. I do like to work face-to-face with students as It provides a more dynamic environment for both parties. I like to work the problem step by step until the process is not only completed, but comprehended.
