While in law practice I made a constant effort to stay connected to people--not just to work at a desk all day. This just makes work more enjoyable for me and I hope that this quality allows any tutored student to enjoy learning as I do.
Have taught adult classes in variety of subjects from 1980 to the present--ranging from legal, to science, to liberal arts such as history and literature.
Teaching Style
When I teach I want to engage the student or students. I want to grab their interest and keep it. This requires two main things of the teacher: he must know the subject well and he must have enthusiasm for the subject. This almost ensures that the student will enjoy being taught. I like an informal style, especially
as classes get smaller.
My Hobbies
I enjoy reading every day. I read web content daily but I still like to read books and usually have one that I'm working on.
