Experience Summary
Beginning with the basic classes, I have had more than 7 years of experience in studying foreign languages, and I developed a passion for them ever since. Currently I am in my last year at Kent State University, where I am earning my Bachelor´s Degree in Spanish Translation, along with a specialty in International Relations. Mandarin Chinese has also been an important part of my college education. In the spring of 2014, I was fortunate enough to study abroad in Valencia, Spain, where I spent 6 months taking intensive language and translation courses, as well as getting a first-hand experience in using the language with native speakers.
Teaching Style
I prefer to meet with students in person, but I´m more than willing to give sessions online via Skype or through other applications. I love meeting new people and have a great interest in teaching them about the Spanish language, as well as about foreign languages and world cultures in general.
My Hobbies
I love a good and relaxed environment, where I can take the time to grab a cup of coffee and read a favorite book. I am also big on traveling, and hope to continue doing it in the near future.
