Experience Summary
Highly skilled and effective with eleven years of experience, working with secondary students of various multicultural backgrounds as an educator, facilitator, advisor, supervisor, team leader, and mentor. Experiences include working with diverse learners: academically talented children, academically challenged children, parents, colleagues, and community members. As of June, 2009, I completed and received my Masters in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. I am a highly qualified, certified secondary English and Reading teacher with solid experience developing curriculum for and teaching in the mainstream education environment as well as the alternative education environment. I possess the capabilities of promoting teamwork while inspiring individuals to reach their full potential through well-developed organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills. It is a personal goal of mine to inspire and motivate all participants associated with the educational field.
