Experience Summary
I have been signing for over 20 years. I am not certified because I chose not to be. I prefer working with adults that are deaf/blind. Im an employment specialist, so i am also skilled in teaching and training people. I love sign and working in this population. My husband is deaf and my children (11 & 6) are signers. I taught my children sign at an early age (starting at 2 months) .This was successful and my children were able to communicate their needs and not become frustrated.
