Experience Summary
I can teach Chinese and English reading. I am a Chinese native speaker and I am a graduate student in Vanderbilt's school of education where I have learnt a lot about teaching a second language and reading. I have taught some of my American friends Chinese. I find interest matters a lot in learning Chinese for non-Chinese speakers. I often select topics which interest students when teaching. I have been tutoring a student in Bailey Middle School this semester and I have gained a lot experience in teaching. I have built a good relationship with my student and inspired his interest in learning.
