Experience Summary
Over 25 years of teaching experience in both junior high and high school courses. I enjoy the challenges of trying to help students understand the material but also learn how the student learns. This accomplishment allows student to accommodate their teachers teaching style and be able to work together at a balanced medium. Our goal is to learn and learn to adjust to others. Having difficulties comprehending, addressing behaviors that may interfere with learning is consider a challenge for both student and teacher alike. With a little adjustment to behavior modification and parent support in order to encourage and stimulate learning in educational setting or environment and home.
Teaching Style
My teaching style adjusts to student need, however, it leans more towards visual-colorful and tactile when possible. With use of various visual tools and resources and applying the student learning style learning is possible. Everyone learns different so teaching has to vary as well to work together and succeed.
My Hobbies
Spending time with my children and working with my dogs. Baking and cooking come in a very strong second. GARDENING!!!
