Experience Summary
I am a graduate student at Louisiana State University. I am working to obtain a master's degree in Social Work. Many may think that social work is far from teaching, but it is actually the same field. No, we may not serve in a classroom setting, but we do serve your communities through encouragement, hard-work and resources.
For example, I have worked in Southern Lab's after school program, where I helped students with their homework and created interactive learning activities for the students. I've also had experience with tutoring family members.
Teaching Style
I will be able to motivate your student through creative learning skills, while helping develop his/her critical thinking skills. I will able to help your student, by seeking to understand his/her learning technique and using that information to better serve the student. I've had the opportunity to work with students of all ages.
