Experience Summary
Daycare provider for preschoolers - I had kids in my daycare that provided me with opportunities to teach in a variety of ways. We worked very well together. Some had anger issues, an opportunity we worked on successfully. Some who were gifted and talented and I taught them to self teach.some just needed to get past intimidation levels and then thrived.
Raised three kids - One of my kids is ADD - another opportunity all together - important to find out what learning style works best.
Paraprofessional for autistic child, second grade - this child excelled in some areas and other areas were an opportunity for the both of us.
Managed for several years - my goal was to have a diverse team, because it was important to have strengths in all areas.
