I am a certified K-3 teacher.I have taken 12 hours of graduate work in teaching reading. I have attended 20 hours of reading workshops in Burke County, NC. I taught kindergarten for 3 years and first grade for 8. I also taught in a Title 1 Reading Lab for 2 years. My specialty is reading which includes phonics, vocabulary, and spelling.
