Experience Summary

Experience includes teaching in public and private schools prior to and following tutor certification. Research for Tutor Certification focused on the study and analysis of adult learning problems stemming from poor learning and education experienced of youth. The study included exchanging past negative experiences for positive ones which substantially increases current abilities and progress. College Algebra students were in the study. While my credentials include college level learning, my experience is not exclusive to that level. My experience also included learning reading, reading comprehension, mathematics for preschool, K-12 grades as well.

Teaching Style

My style is age-appropriate: I modify my approach to accommodate age, learning level, personality and a combination of abilities and interests. My philosophy is that it is the instructor that should make adjustments on behalf of the student, not the other was around. Any good teacher can accommodate any student with the ability to understand people.

Other Comments

I love learning myself, so it's easy to teach it. I like just about everything. The world is fascinating!
