1.- Develop VMS schedule adherence module for planning department.
2.- Develop additional modules for VMS: a) RTY Metric. b) Maintenance multi events process. c) Pager queue System module, process to send message through pagers system. d) Reprograming module. This process is very important because the system (VMS) move automatic the pending production to next available shift or day.
3. - Develop a safety system (Safetrack). To track the security observation, follow up the incidents and accidents, get the metrics. The system has been implementing success in Juarez, Durango, Monterrey and Brazil facilities.
4.- Create a process to export in text file the training employees for upload in STPS (Secretaria de Trabajo y Prevención Social) web page, to complaint with the Mexican law.
5.- Was implemented VMS system (Visual Management system) in Monterrey and Durango plant, to improve the productivity, reduce the wasting time with services departments.
6.-VMS Tooling module. Tooling Module is a part of VMS (Visual Management System) to help to administrate preventive and corrective equipment and tools for increases the productivity and to improve quality.
The VMS (Visual Management System) is write in VB.NET 2010 (VB and ASP .Net), the database engine is MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
