Experience Summary
I am a native Japanese speaker, and my major is education. My dream is to be a high school Japanese teacher. I have taught Japanese at a middle school as an after-school tutor for the past 2 years. I have also helped some high school Japanese classes several times (as a volunteer). My college GPA is 3.96, and I will have my associate degree next month. Helping children to gain their knowledge has been always my dream job.
Teaching Style
I am a very relaxed and patient person. For students to be able to focus on their study and achieve their goals, I believe that they have to be taught in a way that makes sense to them. Every student is different, so it is my job to use variety of methods to reach each student need.
My Hobbies
I love to cook my traditional food such as sushi and udon. I used to play Japanese archery when I was in high school, and I won some competitions. I am married, and I have a son who I have been trying to teach Japanese at home.
