While in college I worked as a math grader and test proctor. Also performed tutoring for high school and middle school students.
Passion for helping young students understand and develop love and appreciation for math.
Also passionate about German language and culture. Lived in Germany twice while a college student.
Once as a student at the Goethe Institute in Freiburg, Germany. The second time as an intern for a German automotive design supplier.

I prefer a hands on approach to helping students understand concepts. Desire to help students learn how to tackle mathematical concepts on their own rather than just showing them how to do it. Fairly patient as long as I feel a student is trying.
