Lydia Escobar is Teacher of the Year 2016, Florida Reading Association Teacher of the Year 2015, and Top Ten Teacher, finalist and nominee of Osceola Public School Teacher of the Year 2017. She has 25 years of experience in Education. She had worked for several public and private institutions in Puerto Rico, Texas and Florida. Mrs. Escobar has a Professional Certificate from the Florida Department of Education in English (6-12), ESOL k-12, Reading k-12 and Leadership k-12. Dr. Escobar had worked for the college board on the development of the SAT and FCAT. Dr. Escobar has five years of experience as a FCAT writing scorer for Orange County Public Schools and McGrawHill. Her experience, testimony, philanthropy and community service to promote diversity unable her to be proficient on each subject in Education from elementary to adult education. She had trained other teachers on latest technique in education such as differentiate instruction, disaggregated data for score improvement and RTI. Her responsive intervention had helped many student to be succesful in High School and College.

Mrs. Escobar's major interest is on education. Her philosophy of education is student centered. Each student (from elementary to adulthood) has an unique way of learning. Individuality frames each student learning plan. Every lesson is customized according the students interest, knowledge and domains. Feedback is an essential component in our organization. Mrs. Escobar is a caring individual who strives on each student progress. Mrs. Escobar is a dedicated professor who enjoys education and help students achieve their goals.
My Hobbies
Mrs. Escobar is the president and CEO of Advance Education Consulting Inc. of Orlando. Mrs. Escobar pursues a Doctoral degree in Education: Organizational Leadership, Curriculum Development and Higher Education. In addition, Mrs. Escobar posses a Master degree in Education, a Bachelor degree in English Secondary and an Associate in Science (Pre-med). Mrs. Escobar thesis emphasizes the best strategies necessary for a global marketing and job skills development. Mrs. Escobar is the author of a Curriculum which uses innovative strategies and methodology in processing, learning and applying information learned.
