Experience Summary
I have tutored for over three years in the east Bay Area, and I absolutely love doing it. I teach mostly mathematics, and I have taught pretty much everything from third grade math to Calculus II. Teaching is truly a passion of mine, and any one of my references (available upon request) would be able to tell you that.
Teaching Style
I adapt my teaching style to fit the particular student. Some students learn visually, so I draw everything out to show them how to approach a certain problem. For some students, repetition is what helps them understand. For others, they require "hands-on" material to learn, so I come up with a strategy that will best fit your students needs, through one on one instruction.
My Hobbies
I enjoy teaching, reading, and kayaking in my spare time.
