Experience Summary
Rolf Holly has taught has taught thousands of trumpet lessons to students of all ages and abilities. Tailoring his approach to meet the needs of each student's learning style, goals, personality, and by communicating with parents, Holly has achieved great results! As a member with the Dallas Brass, Epic Brass, Meridian Arts Ensemble, and holding the post of Professor at the University of Kentucky, Rolf has toured over 37 states, Europe, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. He has recorded on six CD labels and performed thousnads of concerts. This phase of his life is all about family! A wife, ten year old son, and many pets - this keeps me busy! I have made a good living in music performance, teaching and even in business management. Now I'm doing a little bit of each!

Teaching style depends on the student! Some are visual, audio, conceptual - we negociate for meaning - results happen with custom tailoring teaching style to the individual!
