I have almost 15 years' professional experience in healthcare using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SPSS to manage research projects and for creating reports for presentation to various audiences from department managers to senior leadership for a large healthcare organization. My experience is real-world based!
Teaching Style
Having coached girls softball for a few years with girls aged 8-10, I can adapt to all types of learners and think out of the box so that my students 'get it'. Also, in my position in healthcare, I was responsible for mentoring all of our research assistants to make sure they knew how to use the various computer programs listed above in order to successfully complete all of the research projects that would come into our department.
