Experience Summary
I have a deep love for youth and students as I see them as the light of the world. My duties as a lecturer for three years included test proctoring, full management in regulating/lesson planning accredited undergraduate courses as well as Masters courses. Grading, educating and motivating college students has become a part of my identity! Office hours helped not only my tutoring skills, but also gave me the privilege of getting to know my students better on an individual basis. I loved every minute of it! I am of course TESOL Certified, in addition to having a BA in International Relations from UC Davis. I’ve recently taken on the challenge and privilege of researching, proposing, and instructing a college level TOEFL class designed for my students coming in from China, Taiwan, and Vietnam, to improve student test scores, and test taking tactics. TOEFL and TESOL are my current specialty.
