Experience Summary
I have many years of classroom experience ranging from Second Grade up to Fifth Grade. I am a certified teacher and recently have completed training specializing in reading and phonics. Laying a solid foundation in phonemic awareness is essential in allowing a student to be a successful reader and writer. It effects fluency and comprehension.
Beyond Language Arts, I enjoy teaching math concepts with a hands-on approach.
