Experience Summary
July 2011 I graduated from University of West Georgia in Carrollton with a B.S. in Middle Grades Education. I began substituting for the Heard County School System in August 2011. When I was in middle and high school, I served as a peer tutor. I guess you can say that I have always had a desire to teach.
Teaching Style
Just as everyone has their own learning style, teachers have their own teaching style. I see my style as more hands on. When I create lesson plans, I like to think outside the box and find ways that motivate students in connection to their interests.
My Hobbies
I love playing and watching almost every sport. I lettered in varsity softball throughout highschool. I also enjoy reading and crafts. I have a three year old daughter and we have a great time learning new things everyday.
