Experience Summary
I have taught Math and ESL for the last ten years. I work best with struggling students to overcome their mathphobia. Foreign students who are struggling with English has great company in me since I am a foreigner myself but earned a Master in ESL in the US. I am great at preparing students for the ACT, SAT, GRE, and GMAT by working one on one.
Teaching Style
Conversational. I help students understand concept one at a time and apply each of them to reinforce their understanding. I build up their self-confidence.
My Hobbies
Reading and watching documentary movies.
Other Comments
No students are so dumb not to be able to learn math. I myself was failing math in high school but I have overcome my failure to become a math teacher. I therefore can have students who are going through the same experience.
