Experience Summary
As an undergraduate, I assisted an undergraduate professor in her Intro to Human Communication course. As a graduate student, I assisted an undergraduate professor in his Research and Composition course. I have tutored students grades 1-5, in math and english. I wrote Budding Poets: A Beginner's Guide to Verse and Rhyme, grades 1-4, published by the Teaching & Learning Company. I am currently writing seven interactive lesson plans, grades 7-9, for Lorenz Educational Press and Rand McNally.
Teaching Style
I try to keep the lessons lighthearted and centered around students' interests when possible.
My Hobbies
Reading, writing, watching movies and live music, and exercising.
