Experience Summary
I am a professional historian who also has more than 15 years experience in teaching ESL and standard English courses. While I have been a community college and high school teacher for more than 20 years, I have also worked in non-teaching fields that have enriched the content of my lessons. For example, I have been a Foreign Service Officer, an Escort-Interpreter, a broadcast journalist, and a park ranger.
