Experience Summary
I am a former Co-National Champion with 15 year of experience playing chess. From 2004-2006 I was an instructor for a class of 10 elementary chess students. I have taught both beginners and advanced students. I am very well versed in tournament play as well as the rules that go with it. Also, I am familiar with the notation process and the importance of it in the advancement of a players skills.

I teach in a direct manner that fosters critical thinking and creates a solid base of the fudamentals, from with advanced strategy can be derived.
