Experience Summary
I have been writing and publishing my own creative work for over six years. I have been teaching college writing, composition, and poetry for over two years at the University of California-Irvine. I have experience editing creative journals and other writing. I have worked with students of all ages, ranging from children to college-level adults.
Teaching Style
I have a very open, yet professional, teaching approach. I view teaching as a conversation, and I think students respond best when they feel they are being listened to.
My Hobbies
Reading, writing, being outdoors, spending time with loved ones.
