Experience Summary
I have tutored several students in Calculus 1, algebra and geometry. I helped several students with their placement exams in math for colleges. I worked at Inver Hills Community college tutoring center tutoring Math and Science. Being a Dyslexic that worked my way through an engineering degree. I know how important teaching and learning style is. I am also working towards becoming a Barton Certified Tutor for Dyslexia.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is hands on. I get to know the student I am tutoring, figure out why they are struggling and create a plan specific to their needs.
