Experience Summary
I have over 15 years as a succesful instructor and tutor (middle school, high school, under graduate and graduate students)of mathematics,computer science (computer programing)and business courses including accounting, finance, statistics,economis, medical dosage calculations, hospital information statistics, etc.
I also founded my Company, Alpha Omega Education and Training Systems,Ltd., in 2001. This Company develops interactive math education software for schools, collges and individuals.
Teaching Style
Punctual - prepared and professional.
I look at learning rep. styles of students (pictorial, word or kinesthehic).
I try to make the learning experience as painless as possible (especially math).
I start with pre-tests to gauge where a student is at, then follow-up with teaching
content and finish with a post-test to gauge learing objectives that have been met.
Depending on the subject, I like to schedule 2-2.5 hrs ateach session. I also like
to work out problems for students and e-mail them the results, where applicable.
My Hobbies
Power walking and disco dancing for expercie.
Reading and studying physics (especially quantum mechanics and astronomy)
Sports - baseball, college basketball and football.
Reading techno thrillers

As an Instructor and Tutor, I am known to be prepared, punctual and professional.
I expect the same from any student that I tutor.
My tutoring fee is as follows:
$25 per hour if I travel up to 20 miles - minimum 2 hours per session
$30 per hour if I travel up tp 40 miles - minimum 3 hours per session
$25 per hour on line with minimum of 1 hour per session
I expect that any student will provide the course textbook and assignments.
